Bucha, Makarov, Vyshgorod. The state announced the first auction for the restoration of high-rise buildings

The Service for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in the Kyiv Region has announced the first tender for the repair of high-rise buildings that were damaged as a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Recovery Agency. We are talking about two houses in Bucha, two in Makarov, one in Vyshgorod, as well as an office building in Borodianka.
The repair budget is different for each house and ranges from UAH 27.8 million to UAH 96.0 million.
The houses were damaged by ammunition or fires. There it is necessary to overhaul both the buildings themselves and the networks of water and electricity supply, as well as heating. All construction companies with experience in similar projects, equipment, employees and financial viability can take part in the tender.
Once the winner has been determined, a contract will be concluded and construction work will begin, which will be carried out in accordance with current building codes, in particular, taking into account modern requirements for thermal insulation, inclusiveness and safety.
