Digitization of everyday life: in Ukraine, the e-office of the collection of everyday products was launched

The electronic office of the manufacturer of construction products has appeared in the Unified State Electronic System of Construction (UESESB), which allows you to make a declaration of indicators of construction products.
The developed functionality is outlined in Government Resolution No. 1458 "Some issues of providing construction products on the market", is based on key European practices specified in Regulation 305/2011 and is a unique digital service.
This gives manufacturers the opportunity to independently declare the indicators of construction products and their characteristics, which will allow them, in the future, to provide this product to the market, because it meets all the requirements of the Law and is safe for use. When forming the declaration, the user/producer enters the type of product itself, it can be concrete mixtures, fittings, prefabricated structures, windows, doors or communication cables, etc. After that, it indicates the specified characteristics: dimensions, reaction to fire, water absorption, durability, shape and configuration, and others.
Supervision of compliance by manufacturers of construction products with product safety requirements is ensured by means of state market supervision. Verification of the declared indicators and characteristics of construction products is carried out by the state market supervision body - the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine.
Operational characteristics of construction products and requirements for their confirmation are defined in national standards, which are identical to harmonized European standards.
We will remind that at the end of December 2021, the Government adopted the above-mentioned resolution regulating a number of issues regarding the provision of construction products on the market, which was the final step in the implementation of the European Regulation into national legislation.
The launch of the function took place in cooperation with the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Reform Support Office of the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the support of the USAID / UK aid project TAPAS Project/Transparency and accountability in public administration and services.
