In Dubai, a 380-meter skyscraper with a width of only one apartment will be built

The 73-story building will house 131 luxury apartments. Each residence will span the entire width of the building and will have a layout inspired by traditional Arab houses with courtyards shaded by green areas.
Dubai has announced the construction of the Murava Veil skyscraper, 380 meters high and only 22 meters wide, where there will be mainly one apartment on each floor.

The 73-story building will house 131 luxury apartments. Each residence will span the entire width of the building and will have a layout inspired by traditional Arab houses with courtyards shaded by green areas.

The project was developed by the Spanish architectural firm RCR Arquitectes, which won the Pritzker Prize in 2017. The skyscraper will be decorated with a facade made of a special stainless steel mesh, which will create a "veil" effect and reflect different shades of the sky.

Residents will have access to exclusive infrastructure: a spa center, a restaurant, a gallery, a court and a private cinema. An "oasis" hidden under a huge dome will be created at the foot of the tower.
Construction will begin next to the canal near Dubai's main traffic artery, Sheikh Zayed Highway. The project is expected to be completed by December 2028.

Housing prices in it will start at $4.9 million.
