How will the market of new buildings in Ukraine develop?

Buyers of real estate today focus on those objects that will become comfortable for living and are sold at an acceptable price. Since 2014, there has been a tendency in Ukraine to shift demand towards small apartments – studios and smart housing. At the same time, in 2016-2018, apartments of large area were again relevant on the market, and in 2020, the interest of buyers in small objects increased again. The main requirement of future residents, as before, remains comfort and reliability.

Current trends in construction today are durability and strength of buildings. Clients prefer those projects offered by proven companies, because this is a guarantee of reliability. Experts assume that in the future we will see an acceleration of the construction process, which can be achieved by using simpler materials and creating less complex building facades. The height of new buildings may also be revised downwards. Thus, it will be more rational to build medium-storey houses, which will take less time. This will make it possible to put real estate into operation faster.
