The residential compound consists of houses with 24 floors and is equipped with underground parking.
Residential houses will be comprised of the following set of apartments:

1. One-room, total floor area of 35.4 - 49.6 m²
2. To-room, total floor area of 58.8 - 70.2 m²
3. Three-room, total floor area of 80.2 - 87.5 m²

The buildings of the residential compound are designed taking into consideration modern requirements and best contemporary practices in solving the architectural and spatial appearance issues as well as building's reliability question. Based on residential compound’s storey number, there was adopted a following scheme of construction: reinforced concrete frame with internal load-bearing walls.
The compound's design takes into account the requirements of DBN B.1.1-12:2006 "Building in Seismic Regions", hence the building will be able to withstand a standard seismic load, equal to 7 points, easily.
