During the existence of the "eOselya" program, 43,939 citizens submitted 139,846 applications. Such a number of applications is due to the fact that one person can apply to different banks at the same time.

Even people who wanted to buy a house in Crimea applied for a mortgage at "eOselya" - 10 applications, for which not a single loan has been issued so far.
Ukrainians mainly use the program for the purchase of secondary housing - 1,127, or 68% of the total number of loans issued, went to the "secondary". Almost a third - 32%, or 536 loans - were issued for the purchase of housing in the primary market. Rights to unbuilt property are bought back the least - so far only 3 loans have been issued for purchase from a developer.
Loans under the "eOselya" program are issued by 5 banks: Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Privatbank, "Sky" and "Globus". Financing was mostly issued by state banks.
